You will work alongside the Engineering, Finance, Business Development, Quality and Operations teams to ensure every project is delivered successfully and add the highest possible value. Proactively identify, assess, and mitigate risks using a commercial lens, managing risk reserves and cost reduction strategies to protect project profitability. Act as the primary customer interface, coordinating internal teams (Engineering, Operations, Quality) and external partners to align deliverables with expectations. Enforce gated review processes, document control, and best practices while driving innovation in project management methodologies.Project Manager Requirements: Proven project management experience, preferably within aerospace, defence, or precision engineering. Strong grasp of project management tools, risk analysis, and contract management. Proven ability to manage budgets, forecasts, and financial reporting. Excellent stakeholder management skills, with the ability to influence at all levels.
