Project Manager 6-month initial contract Solihull (Onsite) £46ph (Inside IR35) I am currently recruiting on behalf of a Luxury Automotive OEM, based in Solihull, who are seeking a Project Manager to join their team Job Description As Project Manager, your main responsibilities are: Co-ordination and integration of site-based Industrialisation projects across our technology areas Assistance with transition to agile with mindset, training and available toolsets Coordinate cross programme and cross technology project reviews. Drive delivery of Programme requirements within overall timing plan (VPP) Lead technical & financial programme reviews i.e. gateway readiness, Launch Cadence, Agile Showcases, QRB's, Executive reviews Inc. Process Chains and Launch Readiness Reviews. Qualifications / Skills required Strong communication & leadership skills. Drive business decisions through rigorous challenge and negotiation. Strong organisational / time management skills. Adaptable and self-motivating, adapt to new ways of working Project or Programme Management experience (PCDS Awareness) Manufacturing Background Effective Stakeholder Management (Cross Functional) Experience with change control and financial control Schedule Management (Project or P6 Oracle) Agile Competence Why work through Contechs?
