Project Manager – Fleet Management Birmingham Circa £60,000 Our client are a market leading fleet management company, they have gone through a period of prolonged growth. They are seeking a project manager to join their growing team, the role will be responsible for the integration of new clients into the business, allowing a smooth transition. Key Responsibilities – Project Manager Developing detailed project plans/scope of works to guide clients, staff members and project teams and revising based on changing needs and requirements Manage and deliver the project plan(s) and the scope of work to ensure the successful completion of the project within the agreed scope, schedule and budget.  Manage and maintain the relationship with the client and stakeholders Coordinate and manage project meetings, detailing notes and actions arising. Coordinate and work with cross-functional teams to deliver projects within agreed time, cost, scope, and quality. Work with 3rd party stakeholders. Manage and resolve issues and risks arising from projects escalating to Senior Project Manager where required Identify variances to scope and immediately discuss with the Senior Project Manager/Client/business and obtain a change order to preserve margin and profitability. Identify risks and issues to project at earliest opportunity and escalate as required to ensure project is delivered on time, in scope and to budget. Ensure that the project deliverables are on time, within budget and at the required level of quality. Support the Senior Project Manager with reports on all activities within the Project/program Qualifications & Experience – Project Manager Bachelor’s Degree in a related discipline related field or 5 years successful project management experience or equivalent combination of education and experience Experience managing multiple projects and stakeholders PRINCE2 Practitioner, PMI, or PMP certification is preferred MS Office proficient.
