Techniche Global are supporting a manufacturing company to appoint an experienced Project Management Services (Electrical Engineer Harness) on a long-term contract assignment for Harness, Power Supply Validation and Body Electronics  to be a part of their facility  in Cranfield just outside of Milton Keynes. Job Duration – 12 months rolling 39 core working hours Mon-Thurs 8am-5pm, Fri 8am-1.20pm Hybrid working typically 3 days/week on site in Cranfield, Bedfordshire, Role Responsibilities: Development of vehicle harnesses and other electrical components to Nissan design/test standards. Managing Tier 1 suppliers to deliver products to QCT. (Quality, Cost, Timing) Managing in house and supplier validation of components Countermeasure determination with Test groups. Status reporting to management Production release to deadlines Project milestone and cost management to deadlines NMUK plant support on current and new model programs    Qualifications/Skills Required: Bachelors of Engineering degree qualified (or equivalent) in a relevant engineering discipline Have relevant experience in automotive electrical and electronic system development Understand electrical theory and the operation of electronic devices Have fluent written and verbal English language capability. Have Harness layout and application experience Be able to follow system circuit diagrams and identify electrical connections Be able to demonstrate and have practical experience in problem solving tools and techniques If this role is of interest, Apply Now
