Responsibilities Company Policies: Follow the quality, health, safety, and welfare policies of the company To oversee project budgets and work with Director to ensure cot efficiency Liaise with internal and external stakeholders to deliver Trim Shop work to the highest standards Work In conjunction with senior management produce accurate Trim Shop quotes following the correct ordering process Produce accurate Bill of Materials for all trim shop projects Schedule Trim Shop workload in line with capacity and customer requirements Liaise with Design, Development and Manufacturing teams, suppliers, and customers to ensure the timely delivery of projects Support senior management to enable the efficient day to day running and sustainable growth of the trim shop. Essential Skills Strong experience of working within an Automotive/Manufacturing environment with relevant experience as a Project Engineer within interiors / exteriors or within a Project Support/ Management role, in a fast paced, forward-thinking business Liaise and communicate with other departments, suppliers, and other service providers Ability to manage one’s own time, multitask and prioritise workload accordingly Proficient in project management tools, Microsoft Office, and other relevant software Ability to produce reports and conduct meetings Plans work and cascades to team Integrates departmental planning with other business units Demonstrates good emotional intelligence, ethics, and professionalism Organised, Methodical but Flexible approach to workload Must have IDLR/ Full right to work in UK- Sponsorship will not be provided.
