As such they are looking for a Project Engineer / Lead Engineer to join their Engineering Team to support all future planning, research, and technical reviews of future programmes, especially within EV and Battery Tech for new vehicle platforms.  What’s in it for you? As Project Engineer / Lead Engineer you will be responsible for: Perform & coordinate technical aspects of vehicle programmes, creating vehicle technical specifications Project management & coordination of appropriate proposals/funding applications & projects, reporting & presenting findings to Senior Leadership Team Work proactively to ensure continuous progress of project activities giving direction as required Preparation of technical documentation including reports and presentation materials Supplier management throughout design process, working cross functionally to resolve engineering & conflict challenges Lead project meetings with Lead Engineers to define system/component selection & timings Work with company resources to deliver final products to the project requirements As Project Engineer / Lead Engineer you will have the following skills and experience: Degree qualified or equivalent with relevant industry experience Experience of working on numerous projects from concept through to production Proven management and leadership qualities & experience of technical leadership within automotive product development Experience of liaising directly with internal and external partners to understand project requirements.
