Are you a Project Engineer who holds expertise in the Hardware of Automotive Chassis? Expleo are recruiting on behalf of our prestige client based in the West Midlands for a Project Engineer focused in Vertical and Roll Control Hardware on a permanent basis. The role of the Project Engineer will be to primarily be responsible for managing the design, development, validation and release of vertical and roll control components from concept through to production. Responsibilities of the Project Engineer - Chassis Drive component targets. Recommend appropriate technical solutions. Estimate the engineering budget and timing to required to implement solution. Writing technical content for requests and quotes. Identifying potential suppliers. Requirements of the Project Engineer- Chassis Background rooted in the fundamentals of engineering supported by a BA level degree in a relevant field. A good understanding of automotive processes with an appreciation for product development as well as project gateways and milestones. Demonstrable previous experience in delivering Vertical and Roll Control Hardware within an OEM or Tier 1 supplier.
