This is an exciting opportunity to take ownership of complex engineering projects from concept through to delivery — combining hands-on technical leadership with project management responsibility. You’ll work closely with multidisciplinary teams to deliver high-performance systems that push the limits of innovation, reliability, and precision. The Role As a Project Engineer, you’ll play a key part in the delivery of cutting-edge systems across automotive and motorsport programmes. You’ll bridge the gap between engineering and project delivery, ensuring world-class solutions are designed, integrated, and implemented on time, to spec, and within budget. Key responsibilities include: * Owning the technical delivery of customer projects, ensuring high-quality and timely outcomes * Leading facility integration, design documentation, and installation planning * Overseeing design and development throughout the full lifecycle — from requirements capture to in-service support * Managing technical interfaces with suppliers and procurement teams * Conducting validation testing, data analysis, and performance reviews * Supporting on-site installations and ensuring scope is accurately captured and managed * Working collaboratively across engineering disciplines to ensure aligned and compliant solutions * Identifying and mitigating project risks and supporting continuous improvement in processes and methodologies What We’re Looking For We’re seeking a technically strong, customer-facing engineer who thrives in a fast-paced environment and enjoys taking ownership of complex challenges.
