We’re partnered with a low volume, high performance automotive and motorsport systems specialist in Warwick, who are currently seeking a talented Project Engineer to join their growing team. This mid-level role provides an excellent opportunity for the individual to support the Head of Engineering while also mentoring and guiding junior team members. Role Overview This position offers a blend of engineering and project-based work, with a rough focus on 60% engineering and 40% project management. The ideal candidate will have a strong character, excellent technical skills, and experience working collaboratively in a tight-knit team. Key Requirements * Experience: At least 2+ years of experience in one or more of the following areas: * Suspension systems * Gearbox internals * Hydraulic systems * Clutch systems * Technical Skills: Proficiency with CAD systems, preferably Creo, though alternatives will be considered. * Strong problem-solving skills and a proven ability to deliver engineering and project outcomes.
