Elevation Recruitment Group is working with an industry leading manufacturer based in Dewsbury looking to recruit a Project Design Engineer. Our client is seeking a Project Design Engineer to work closely with the OEM Customer Team to understand customer needs and requirements to create competitive product design solutions. Other responsibilities of the Project Design Engineer will include: Ensure robust application of D/FMEA to ensure the product or system is designed and validated to requirements Planning and preparation of internal and external prototype samples Developing and maintaining relationships with key supplier research & development personnel Support in the preparation of timing plans Ensure that the product or system meets product specifications and quality requirements Preparation of project engineering data for new product assemblies and components  Investigate design factors such as function, materials, performance, interchangeability, cost, and operational efficiency  We would be keen to speak with Project Design Engineers with the following: Degree qualified in an engineering discipline.
