Job Description: Join our dynamic team where you'll play a pivotal role in producing and maintaining project schedules for assigned projects and bids. This challenging position involves headcount and cost flow forecasting, critical path analysis, monitoring project task completion, and ensuring costs align with estimates. Responsibilities: Act as the primary customer contact, ensuring excellent communication and maintaining a customer-focused approach. Gather information to support project controls and reporting. Monitor project task completion through frequent communication with project team members. Participate in production planning meetings. Prepare and maintain comprehensive project plans, utilising various project management tools. Develop work breakdown structures and relevant business system information for contract execution. Enhance effective team interfaces between engineering and manufacturing groups. Prepare cost-to-completion analysis, reports, and other essential project management information. Manage small or non-technical projects to meet agreed time, cost, and specification objectives.Qualifications, Skills, and Experience: Required: Excellent communication and presentation skills. Customer and business-focused with strong teamwork capabilities. Enthusiastic, resilient, and motivated with persuasive skills. Experience working within a team-based, multidiscipline development environment. PC and keyboard literate with a working knowledge of project management tools, including Microsoft Project (MSP).Preferred: Previous experience in project management or project support office.
