Project Controller Leicestershire Supporting an existing, established manufacturing global company with the further growth of UAV product sales and services across a broad spectrum of applications, the Project Controller will support the Programme Manager(s) in the delivery of programmes. You will be accountable for the construction and maintenance of Programme Control reporting systems and data sets within approved budgets, as well as supporting Programme Managers in the generation of estimates and price proposals. As a Project Controller, you will be responsible for: Assisting in the compilation of periodic reports Developing close working relationships with customer representatives Supporting programme activities and deliverables as and when required In addition, your duties will include: Actively contribute to and administer external meetings, including preparation, recording minutes and maintenance of the Programme Action Register Administration and maintenance of the Programme Risk database in the company risk tool Assist the Programme Manager and Senior Leads in the compilation and management of periodic Programme Progress Reports Assist in the compliance of periodic reports Chair internal meetings, including preparation, recording minutes and maintenance of the Programme Action Register Coordination of activities required by the Programme across multiple disciplines Collect and maintain data in support of Management Reporting Create Program Launch packs in conjunction with the Programme Manager Develop close working relationships with customer representatives Generation and maintenance of the Work Breakdown Structure and Organisation breakdown structure In coordination with senior leads generate and maintain Work Packages Maintenance of the Programme Cost Reports and support to the Programme Manager in delivering activities within approved budgets Support the Programme Manager in the generation of estimates and price proposals for new business Supporting Programme activities and deliverables as required, with the ownership and delivery of sub-level activates Tracking and reporting of Programme Milestone achievements To ensure interfaces between functions are coordinated To apply for this Project Controller role, you will need the following skills and capabilities: Ability to manage conflicting priorities and timescales Excellent attention to detail with high accuracy and ability to process high volumes of work and within structured protocols Excellent organisational and planning skills (ability to meet tight timeframes) Excellent communication skills both verbal and written Minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar role Proficient IT Skills Strong inter-personal and people management skills Strong business and commercial acumen As a vital member of their team, and in return for your expertise, inclusive approach, and commitment, we'll provide you with a favourable salary and the chance to join a passionate and welcoming team.
