Key Responsibilities: Providing overall leadership, management, and coordination of Customer Account Managers to ensure delivery on commitments. Overseeing the profitability of the programme, involving analysis and implementation of cost and margin improvement initiatives. Maintaining effective customer relationships and acting as the primary liaison for all business, contract, technical, and quality concerns. Developing and monitoring program budgets in collaboration with the Finance Department to meet business objectives. Implementing and refining monitoring systems to manage programme KPIs including profitability, on-time delivery, and quality. Negotiating and agreeing on contractual modifications with customers. Championing continuous improvement in process optimisation to meet business and customer needs. Driving Risk and Opportunity management through effective mitigation strategy planning. Job Requirements: Proven experience in programme management or a strong desire to excel in this role supported by relevant background experience. Strong interpersonal and leadership skills with the ability to effectively manage a team. High level of proficiency in Microsoft Office, with a technical background in Aerostructures programmes as an added advantage. Excellent communication skills, both oral and written.
