The role As a Programme Manager, you'll have a role that's out of the ordinary. You'll lead and oversee the planning, execution, and successful delivery of vehicle conversion projects. Day to day, you'll ensure the delivery of conversion projects, on time and within budget, engage and work collaboratively with company functions inclusive of engineering, present the revenue and cash as a totality committed to the conversion's contracts and indirectly manage functions not directly in this role reporting structure. Develop and implement project plans, timelines, and strategies to achieve project objectives. Collaborate with the leadership team to define project goals, scope, and deliverables and escalate where risks are foreseen against pre-determined completion dates. Financial planning of projects and associated margin and cost analytics. Establishment of annual budgets and forecasts. Implement quality control processes to ensure vehicle conversions meet or exceed industry standards and customer expectations. Allocate resources efficiently to meet project requirements and highlight in advance where shortfalls are in jeopardy of creating completion risk. Identify areas for process improvement and efficiency enhancements. Drive innovation in vehicle conversion methods and technologies. Build and lead a team of project managers, engineers, and technicians, providing guidance, coaching, and support.This role is full time and will be based at Walsall on site with hybrid working from home arrangements. Essential experience of the Programme Manager: Proven experience in project or programme management, preferably in the automotive or vehicle conversion industry. Strong leadership and team management skills. Exceptional problem-solving and decision-making abilities. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Proficiency in project management software and tools. An understanding or appreciation of vehicle conversion processes and technologies.Qualifications for the Programme Manager: Bachelor's degree in engineering, business, or a related field.The successful candidate must be able to achieve SC and NVVP security clearance for this role.
