Elevation Recruitment Group are delighted to be working with a manufacturing company based in Bradford to recruit a Production Supervisor to focus on the Stores area.   Salary £30k +17% shift allowance - £35,100 Hours: Afters Monday – Thursday, 2pm - 10pm Friday 12:30 – 7pm  This Production Manager will lead and develop people and processes in the stores area to maximise safety, quality, delivery, cost, and people. Duties and responsibilities of the Productions Supervisor will include: Responsible for department budget Responsible for delivering shift change over meetings, daily reporting, and weekly reporting Responsible for ensuring completion of shift start/end checks including non-conformances, TPM scheduling, adherence to PPE, adherence to EHS and QMS. Responsible for capacity and demand (volume) planning Responsible for execution of Risk Assessments, Safety Walks (operational), 5S Audits, Layered Audits Responsible for the adoption of lean philosophies, lean processes, and improvement / CI activities Responsible for scrap management.
