We are seeking a reliable production operative to join our client team in St. Neots. This role is crucial in ensuring high-quality conformal coating, adhesive potting, and mechanical assembly within production department. Key Responsibilities: Accurate interpretation and application of technical drawings and work instructions. Conformal coating of electronic devices, including masking and anti-vibration techniques. Correct application of potting compounds and adhesives, and testing of coatings for viscosity. Maintenance of machinery and equipment, and operation of the PCB cleaning facility. Mechanical assembly and labeling of power supplies to IPC standards, along with PCB board and gap pad cutting. Execution of any required re-work and additional tasks as needed, ensuring high standards of housekeeping and adherence to Health and Safety Policies. Experience/Skills: Previous experience in electronics, working with coatings, adhesives, and compounds, and mechanical assembly. Ability to read and interpret technical drawings, work methodically and accurately, and possess manual dexterity. Excellent team player with strong work ethic, exceptional relationship-building, customer service, attention to detail, planning, and organisational skills.
