This role will lead the factory team to achieve production goals and productivity targets to support both customer and business needs. Production Manager Permanent Opportunity ASAP Start Monday – Thursday 8-5 / Friday 8-2 Birmingham Production Manager Job Description: Leading the factory team to achieve production plan, delivery, productivity and quality targets. This will be responsible for all production personnel including support services, maintenance, toolroom and technical support. Responsible for managing continuous improvement activities using tools such as A3 and QOS to reduce scrap levels. Collecting and analysing key metrics on site and reporting daily Ensure all production personnel are trained correctly.
