Hello, My client based in Kilkeel, Northern Ireland is seeking a skilled Production Manager that has some QC experience to join their busy team due to expansion. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing all aspects of the production plant, staff schedules, quality control and daily true put of the plant. Duties: - Manager all Production plans. - Coordinate production workflow for multiple products - Oversee the assembly process and ensure products are manufactured on time and within quality standards - Manage inventory levels to optimize supply chain efficiency - Implement and maintain quality control procedures to meet industry standards - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to streamline business processes - Lead and mentor production staff to enhance performance and productivity Requirements: - Proven experience in Food production management. - Strong understanding of production systems and KPI's - Knowledge of quality control processes and continuous improvement methodologies - Ability to analyze data and make informed decisions to optimize production efficiency - Knowledge of HACCP and be able to keep it updated. - Excellent leadership skills to motivate and guide production teams towards success Job Types: Full Time, Permanent Salary: £40k-£45k (dependant on experience) Location: Kilkeel, Northern Ireland IF THIS IS OF INTEREST PLEASE RESPOND WITH AN UPDATED CV TO BE CONSIDERED FOR THIS ROLE
