We are currently seeking an experienced Product & Pricing Specialist on behalf of our client, a well-established and respected passenger car brand based in Riyadh. This is an exciting opportunity to play a key role in shaping product strategy, optimising pricing structures, and supporting the commercial performance of a leading automotive brand in a challenging and competitive market. Key Responsibilities Analyse market trends, competitor activity, and customer behaviour to inform product positioning and pricing strategy Develop pricing structures and incentive programmes to support sales performance and profitability Support product lifecycle planning, including model launches, updates, and end-of-life management Collaborate with marketing, sales, and finance teams to align product and pricing initiatives with broader business objectives Monitor inventory levels and work closely with supply chain teams to optimise stock planning and availability Provide regular reports and analysis on product performance, pricing impact, and market dynamics Assist in the development of product catalogues, spec sheets, and launch materials Candidate Profile Minimum 3-5 years of experience in a product or pricing role within the automotive sector, preferably passenger cars Strong analytical and commercial acumen, with the ability to interpret market data and translate insights into actionable strategy Excellent Excel and data management skills; experience with pricing tools is a plus Proven ability to work cross-functionally and manage multiple projects simultaneously Fluent in English; Arabic language skills would be an advantage Based in Riyadh or willing to relocate What's on Offer A competitive salary and package The opportunity to work with a respected brand in a highly competitive, challenging and at the same time growing market Long-term career development potential within a supportive and performance-driven environment Application If you are ready to bring your product and pricing expertise to an exciting new role in Riyadh, we would love to hear from you.
