SGB Product Owner We have an exciting opportunity for a Product Owner to join our IT department and take ownership of our Dealer Management System (DMS).  You will be an Autoline expert, skilled collaborator and someone who is passionate about continuous improvement. Working as part of our Architecture, Infrastructure & Platforms team, you will be the ‘go to’ resource for all Autoline system enquiries. You will have an analytical mind, with the ability to translate technical knowledge and processes into a clear picture for the business to understand. You will have experienced of providing input into dealer management system design and identifying the enhancements required to optimise and continually improve services cross-functionally. Key Responsibilities: Ability to translate business requirements into platform and system requirements to maintain the Dealer Management System roadmap.  Be the escalation point within our Application Support team for any Dealer Management System issues where your expert knowledge will be essential. Scope, document and maintain detailed Dealer Management System technical documentation. Build effective relationships with the business to ensure solution compatibility. Support programme planning with technical expertise.   MEET THE MANAGER Harley is the Head of Architecture, Infrastructure & Platforms and he is looking for someone who is analytical, has great attention to detail and can readily switch between low level detailed work and high-level big picture thinking.
