Department: Parts & Procurement Reporting To: Senior Parts Supervisor Salary: £27,000 - £30,000 per annum (dependant on experience) Schedule: Monday to Friday - 08:00 to 16:30 Holiday Entitlement: 28 days including bank holidays Sick Pay: Statutory Sick Pay (SSP) Pension: Stakeholder Pension Scheme Location: Droitwich spa, Worcestershire Role Purpose The Parts and Procurement Administrator role involves a wide range of administrative duties to support the business with paperwork and communication with suppliers and internal stakeholders. Key Accountabilities * Expedite outstanding orders and confirm due dates with suppliers * Review purchase order acknowledgements and raise and resolve any discrepancies * Provide information to accounts and other internal stakeholders * Amend purchase orders if there is a change in cost or quantity * Input delivery notes on SAGE * Price checking and reconciliation * Update stock levels on SAGE * Stock level data support * Telephone and email communication Key Attributes * Administration experience * Excellent written and verbal communication skills * Good knowledge of SAGE and MS Office * Excellent attention to detail and positive work principles * Good problem-solving skills * Reliable and conscientious * Able to work under pressure & prioritise workload
