Copello have partnered with an established defence business in the recruitment of a Procurement Leader to be based in Cumbria. The Procurement Leader will be accountable for all related Supply Chain activity in line with area of responsibility. This role will also be responsible for: * Developing and applying activities that deliver on People (Resourcing & Capabilities), Process, Technology & reporting which support the successful delivery of the SC function * Communicating effectively with functional and external stakeholder management and deputise for the SC Senior Manager as required * Contract management – major subcontract & transactional Skills and experience required for the Procurement Leader: * Supply Chain, Procurement or Project Management experience * Excellent Stakeholder Management * ERP & PLM System knowledge * Experience of working within aerospace, defence and/or MOD packages Salary range on offer is circa £46,000 including a range of company benefits
