WHAT TO EXPECT The Process Excellence team is responsible for overseeing process definition, performance assessment, benchmarking, process architecture, implementation and performance improvement. The roles’ primary focus will be to establish and implement a comprehensive process excellence framework, drive process optimisation efforts, and ensure alignment with organisational goals and objectives.  As well as the design of the framework, this will also need significant change management across JLR (UK and globally) to embed into the established ways of working to ensure a clear Global Process Ownership (GPO) approach. Key Roles and Responsibilities  Develop and improve a Process Capability and Maturity Assessment methodology Support the maintenance and continuous improvement of Quality Standard Maintain a process to ensure competency to perform Process capability self-assessment Develop training materials to train resource to perform Process capability self-assessment Track and publish the process maturity indicators for Process (L3) Landscape WHAT YOU'LL NEED Extensive knowledge of process capability assessment methodologies. Strong knowledge of ISO9001 & IATF(phone number removed) Proven experience in process improvement, process excellence, or related roles Excellent analytical skills. Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with stakeholders
