This role focuses on supporting Automotive Original Equipment Manufacturers (OEMs) by leveraging model-based systems engineering, modelling, and simulation to drive technological advancements. Key Responsibilities: Design the Platform Software control units to satisfy functional requirements in accordance with modelling and architecture rules. Review and prepare platform software model units and component architecture for code generation. Validate models in unit testing prior to delivery. Build software component architecture models for auto-code generation. Perform analysis and control design troubleshooting if issues are reported by the verification and validation team from HiL or powertrain rig tests. Job Requirements: Experience in control design and modelling. Proficiency in designing MATLAB Simulink models for auto-coding aimed at embedded software development for production projects. Knowledge in specifying data types for variables in fixed-point code generation. Solid understanding of electric motor and inverter software. Autosar standard knowledge is advantageous.
