Design and analyse electronics packaging, including thermal, vibration, and stress dynamics. Utilize CAD (SolidWorks preferred) and FEA tools (Ansys preferred) for detailed design and simulations. Manage thermal management design, precision machining, and EMI/EMC mitigation techniques. Conduct shock and vibration simulations and analyses. Present engineering design reviews to customers and the executive team. Mentor and develop junior engineers within the team. Qualifications: Bachelor's or Master's degree in Mechanical or Aerospace Engineering. Minimum of 9 years of industry experience in electronics packaging design and analysis. Expertise in aerospace and space industry design, development, and qualification. Proficiency in working with electronics assemblies and PCBAs. Experience with CNC manufacturing and EMI/EMC mitigation techniques. Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
