In this role, you will play a crucial role in our operations by running our spray booth, ensuring vehicles are masked and prepared to the required standard, mixing, and matching colours, and checking painted jobs for quality before refitting. Key Responsibilities * Operate and maintain the spray booth to ensure optimal performance. * Inspect vehicles to ensure proper masking and preparation for painting. * Mix and match colours accurately to achieve desired finishes. * Verify that painted jobs meet quality standards before refitting. * Carry out repairs in accordance with BSI PAS 10125 standards. About You The ideal candidate will possess the following qualifications and skills: * Significant experience as a Vehicle Paint Technician, preferably within an automotive repair background. * Strong attention to detail and a commitment to producing high-quality work. * ATA or NVQ qualification would be highly beneficial. * Willingness to renew or obtain qualifications with support from the company. * Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment. * Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently.
