Permanent Prep Technician / Fast Fit Motor Technician We are currently seeking to fill a Permanent Prep Technician / Fast Fit Motor Technician position at our busy Automotive company based in Loughborough. The successful candidate must possess a relevant Automotive qualification, as well as a combination of the following; You will be an experienced Prep Tech (with relevant qualifications - Level 2 or equivalent) with a full UK driving licence, ideally with manufacturer experience. In addition to your prior experience, you will be able to demonstrate the following skills: Excellent problem solving skills and strong attention to detail A strong customer service focus with the ability to communicate well Outstanding organisation and time management skills with the ability to work to deadlines Key responsibilities: Complete scheduled prep work on used vehicles Ensure vehicle prep activities are completed in a safe and high quality manner, in line with both internal and manufacturer requirements Participate in ongoing training and development to ensure product and service knowledge is up to date Mentor and provide guidance to apprentice technicians, where applicable If you think you have the necessary qualifications and experience to excel in this position, please apply without hesitation
