Planning & Control Analyst (ERP/ MRP specialist) OVERVIEW We are working in partnership with a growing Silverstone-based, high performance vehicle engineering, engaged in a number of exciting and motorsport / track-based vehicle projects. About the Role: Planning & control provides direct support to Program Management and Budget Control Requirements on the planning and implementation of Business activities whilst ensuring Systems Processes align to compliance to company policies. This role will be responsible for: * Supports key business activity planning, proving clarity to how an activity will affect the business, to help inform what is required to deliver, implement activities successfully. * Support Planning team manager with research, pulling information from across departments to enable planning assessment of activities QCD. * Develops schedules updates the schedule on a regular basis and utilizes techniques such as, Critical Path Analysis, and "What If Scenarios" * Responsible for weekly & monthly updates of each activity. * Works closely with and provides support to PMs, for project forecasting, metrics management * Liaison with CCO Supporting urgent analysis of key tasks * Develop innovative strategies and execute operational efficiencies, processes and practices and ensure alignment of company control policies. Run a change monthly review meeting to show changes, Why needed, assessment. * Assist with coordination and facilitation of new project set up, events, readiness for significant meetings. All applicants are required to have: * Knowledge of ERP, MRP, drawing release systems * Power BI experience * Understanding of project plan development * The ability to analyse data * An understanding of planning control and scheduling concepts * Experience with Planning and Data assessment * Exceptional written and verbal communication skills * Confident use of MS-Office applications * Proven skills in detailed analysis and problem solving from first principles * Follow, create, and disseminate good working practises and processes * Thrive operating in small team environments * Able to positively contribute to developing processes based on changing project requirements Applicants will preferably have: * Project Management experience * Exposure to Matrix Management * Knowledge of industry practices * FactoryMaster system experience
