Provide exceptional customer service, maintaining consistent communication with all parties involved. Establish and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs and providing tailored solutions. Collaborate with internal teams to resolve issues and improve processes. Record and maintain accurate case details and updates in the system. Ensure compliance with industry regulations and company policies. Participate in training and development activities to enhance knowledge and skills. Contribute positively to the team and company culture, fostering a supportive and collaborative environment.Profile Customer Service & Complaints, Reading: A successful Personal Case Manager should have: A relevant qualification in customer service or a related field.
