What we can offer you; * 33 days’ annual leave, including bank holidays * Retail discounts that save you money every day * Gym discounts, cash healthcare plans, and a cycle-to-work scheme * Car discounts for new and used purchases and servicing * Flexible pension scheme and Sharesave scheme to grow your savings * Family-friendly policies that help you spend more time with the people that matter * A wellbeing programme to support you and your family * An employee recognition scheme to recognise outstanding work * A community volunteering day What you’ll do day to day; * Manage employee relations cases effectively ensuring a consistent approach is applied across the business * Coach and support line managers to enable effective employee relations resolutions and people management capability * Support conflict resolution via Mediation * Participate in HR and business projects, to support business priorities, including assisting with the development and implementation of policies and procedures * Support development and delivery of HR/Employee Relations workshops/courses, either standard or bespoke to business need * Develop and maintain strong working relationships with HRBPs, providing updates on cases, and advising of potential issues arising * Develop and maintain a good working knowledge of relevant employment law in order to carry out the role effectively * Identify areas where policy / process reviews are required and own the improvement and changes required, ensuring all elements of the ER landscape are kept valid and up to date * Ensure case work systems and records are always kept up to date, detailing key facts of case and decision making (Please note that the duties listed above are not exhaustive and the role will include additional responsibilities) Helpful Skills & Qualifications; Don’t worry about ticking off every single skill here - if you care about delivering great experiences as much as we do, we want to hear from you. * Experience of working within a HR function is essential * Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal.
