SGB People Advisor – Part-time    Are you a passionate people professional looking for a part-time opportunity?  Is Employee Relations your ‘thing’?  Scania is a market leader: Our product is premium and so are our people.    Part-time People Advisor – 22.5 hours per week (can be worked flexibly with hybrid working available)  Location: Milton Keynes  Salary: up to £40,000 pro-rata (dependent on experience)  The opportunity:  Employee-relations focused role - Your role will be pivotal in creating a positive workplace culture, handling employee relations matters, and ensuring our people are given the opportunity to thrive.  Upskilling and coaching -You'll play a key role in upskilling and coaching our People Managers, making sure they have the tools and knowledge to lead effectively.  What we're looking for:  In-depth knowledge of UK employment law and confident in its application Proven experience in HR, or a similar role, where employee relations was a focus  Curious by nature with strong communication and interpersonal skills  Ability to manage multiple tasks  Enthusiastic, collaborative and proactive attitude with a problem-solving mindset    Meet the Manager  Carly is the People Business Partner for our Milton Keynes Head office, where our corporate functions teams are based.        Quote from Carly: “I love working as part of the People and Culture team here at Scania.
