Parts Advisor & Warranty Administrator required in Aberystwyth. Access to a strong rate of pay pending experience and current earnings.  Bonus potential of either £300 or £600 per month based on target achievement!  Monday to Friday 8:30am-5:30pm and 1 in 2 Saturday mornings 8:30am-1:00pm. Great Opportunity if you are looking for progression within your career! Our client, a long-established franchise approved car dealership in the Aberystwyth region, is currently looking to hire an experienced and professional Parts Advisor & Warranty Administrator. As the Parts Advisor & Warranty Administrator you will be a proactive member of the management team, with responsibility for the Service Department and reporting to the General Manager. You will be responsible for overseeing and motivating a team of 1 Service Advisor, 3 Vehicle Technicians. You will be required to run an efficient and professional operation to ensure complete customer satisfaction through the maximum utilisation of workshop facilities and the efficient sale of labour. You will greet customers in to the Aftersales Department and book their vehicles in for associated repair work, have extensive liaison with the workshop to chase work in progress, up-sell on additional products and services where possible, and keep customers informed of the progress of their vehicle whilst taking payments for work completed. The successful candidate will ideally live within the Aberystwyth region and will have a track record in the stock/inventory management with strong IT/customer facing skill. Any working experience within a automotive business would be highly advantageous to the application, however this is not essential. A UK driving license is highly desirable also due to the nature of the role and location.  For your hard work as a Parts Advisor & Warranty Administrator, our client offers… Access to a very strong rate of pay which are based on experience and current earnings.
