Our cultural learning experience offers all team members significant opportunities for growth, throughout our global organisation.’’ In this role you will: •    Provide support to the retail network in all Parts operations related enquiries to fully support Scania’s product range of Truck, Bus & Coach, Power Solutions and the VRS Range. •    Cover the Parts helpdesk, coaching and guiding the Scania network on internal parts processes and working methods. •    Follow operating guidelines to ensure that all cases are handled in a consistent and timely manner. Escalating any open cases and concerns with your manager as required. •    Liaise with the relevant teams across the business to resolve any open cases including the teams in SGB, Sweden and Belgium. •    Carry out a broad range of administration duties, with excellent attention to detail.  •    Continuously improve develop and create parts identification and logistical processes. Parts Knowledge – previous experience working in a Parts environment, with a good grounding in technical knowledge.
