PARTS / STORES PERSON Basic Salary - £11.24/hour PAYE Working Hours - 45 hours/week, Mondays to Fridays 07:00 - 16:30 Location - Portbury Duration - Temporary to permanent   We are looking for a skilled and experienced Parts/Stores Person to join our client on a temporary to permanent basis.   We are looking for an enthusiastic candidate with keen attention to detail and the ability to learn new processes and systems. This role is incredibly versatile, and each day can look very different.   Duties as a Parts/Stores Person will include: ·Receiving parts into stock (including the loading and unloading of parts) and reconciling delivery notes with invoices. ·Supporting the Workshop department throughout various administration duties. ·Processing job cards ·Issuing parts to technicians at high volume with accuracy ·Managing stock through disciplined stock control and accurate stock reporting ·Maintaining and ordering consumables for the whole business including stationery, first aid, facilities management, and office supplies. ·Daily number plate making ·Ordering parts on various systems at high volumes with accuracy and attention to detail. ·Recording invoices, raising discrepancies, and completing credit note requests. ·Downloading and maintaining daily business reports ·General housekeeping ·To be prepared and willing to work flexibly to cover all business demands stipulated by the Workshop Team Leader.   Skills and Qualifications of a Parts/Stores Person: ·Experience working with Microsoft packages including Excel ·The willingness and ability to learn new skills ·Attention to detail and data accuracy ·Be a self-motivated, proactive, problem solver! ·Previous Workshop/Stores Admin experience is not essential ·Full UK Driving License essential   If you are interested in hearing more and applying for this Parts/Stores Person opportunity, then please contact Zsanett Fodor @ Auto Skills UK and quote reference number: 46628
