Previous Parts Department experience essential as well as experience of managing a team being desirable. Must be a self motivated individual with an ability to prioritise work load for not only themselves but for any team memeber and in the best interstest the department and the wider depot to meet manufacturers standards . Must be able to set and achieving internal targets and objectives. Other essential parts of the job includ building a working knowledge of relavant parts sytems.
