Duties & Responsibilities: * Your key objective will be to drive the performance of the parts department in order to ensure that excellent customer service is provided and all financial targets are achieved. * Ensuring that all customers are dealt with quickly and efficiently. * Answering customers queries and questions regarding any technical problems, warranties and repairs. * Carrying out stock takes and maintaining an inventory. * Inspecting any items for quality or damage. Your Background & Skill: * Proven experience as a Parts Manager within the motor trade OR a Parts Advisor with very strong experience looking for a step-up. * Excellent communication skills. * Ability to work towards deadlines. * You hold a keen eye for detail and the ability to negotiate at all levels. * Committed to delivering excellent customer service. * Confident and professional.
