Prestige Parts Manager - Edenbridge We are currently recruiting for an experienced Parts Manager for our client's main dealer site in Edenbridge. The right candidate must be a proven Parts Manager with a solid track record within a main dealership environment and a desire to overachieve set targets, the successful candidate will be rewarded handsomely on their pay plan. We are looking for someone who can push the expectations of the department above national standard, downsize obsolete stock, bring in more clients whether it's Fleet or Retail and someone who can run a smooth & professional outfit. We need someone who has a good understanding of budgets and manufacturing standards. The right candidate will be driven and always be looking to improve the department. We will look at someone from either a volume or prestige background as we are keen to find the right individual to settle into the company. The Role Management of a department of 5 Department reviews and management. Budgeting and forecasting. Staff development. Ensuring profitability and efficiency. Carrying out daily / weekly stock checking.Benefits Parts Managers will receive a competitive salary of Up to £38k Basic + Bonus £44k OTE. Hours: Monday to Friday 8am to 6pm.
