Parts Information Specialist - Birchwood, Warrington (Hybrid) - Up to £26/hr - Inside IR35 Jonathan Lee Recruitment has an exciting opportunity for an experienced and collaborative Parts Information Specialist to join our client's inclusive and friendly team. This Parts Author role is a 12 month initial contract, 50% site based over a 2 week period and offers a contract rate of £26/hr. As a Parts Information Specialist, you will be responsible for interpreting and transforming upstream engineering and technical information and creating master service parts information for the company's network and key OEM customers. To give you an idea of how this Parts Information Specialist role would look and feel, here are some things you could expect to do: Transform 3D/JT Models into 2D Illustrations using illustration software (Iso-Draw) in support of our parts lists service information Responsible for ensuring the Aftermarket ERP system is aligned to the engineering systems, supporting appropriate procurement and parts stocking Liaise closely with engineering, marketing, and commercial teams to provide service information support To succeed in this Parts Information Specialist role, you will need excellent analytical skills and experience managing Bills of Material within a BOM/parts listing application. You will also require the following: Background working with engineering information Able to be able to independently plan, organise, and prioritise workload Experience managing Bills of Material within a BOM/parts listing application Team Centre experience would be advantageous Good working knowledge of MS Office (Excel, Outlook, Teams, Word) Ability to interpret basic technical data Excellent communication skills and the ability to comfortably work with various people across an organisation As a vital member of the team and in return for your expertise, inclusive approach and commitment, we'll provide a favourable contract per hour rate of £26.00 and the chance to join a passionate and welcoming team.
