Their specially trained team are on hand to remove the stress from accidents, getting their clients back on the road quickly and safely. Your Role Key Responsibilities Promote and understand operational requirements to meet customer's needs effectively. Co-ordinate with the Technical teams for complex parts requirements Manage stock through structures inventory processes and maintain optimum levels. Ensure timely processing of warranty parts returns and surcharge claims. Accurately order and process parts using appropriate systems Perform quality checks and handle defective parts through return procedures. Prepare number plates as needed. Ensuring adherence to and improvement upon the quality of service as outlined in working procedures, as well as compliance with Health & Safety responsibilities and ISO 9001 accreditation. Maintaining awareness, knowledge, and training on environmental issues within the ISO 14001 standard.Skills Required Previous experience as a Parts Assistant in the automotive industry. Ability to work as an individual and part of a team. Ability to work to work under pressure and hit targets. Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
