Vehicle Parts Advisor/Estimator required in Weston-super-Mare. Starting salary up to £17 per hour pending experience.  8:00am-4:30pm Monday to Friday with a 30 minute lunch break. Fantastic long-term career development prospectsOur client, an automotive accident repair centre located in Weston-super-Mare, require a Vehicle Parts Advisor/Estimator to join their busy centre. Reporting to the Centre Manager, in this dual role you will support our client's accident repair workshop team by assisting their vehicle parts operation and estimating team in a well organised and timely manner. You will be the first point of contact for all vehicle parts enquiries and must be able to make purchases understanding the commercial benefits gained form different sources. You will also be involved with our client's estimating operations, and carry out estimates as specified by insurers/customers ensuring that the vehicle repair can be carried out efficiently and that by doing so a satisfactory profit margin can be generated. To be eligible, you will ideally hold present/previous experience in both estimating and parts roles, although our client has a preference for experienced VDA's and Estimators. You will need to be IT literate and Audatex trained/accredited, hold a UK driving license with minimal points, be commercially astute with a high attention to detail, be able to work collaboratively as well as individually, and have strong customer service/sales skills with a friendly and charismatic telephone manner.
