We are looking for a dedicated Parts Advisors/Telesales representatives to join our client’s team! Key Responsibilities: * Inbound Calls: Handle inbound calls from customers inquiring about and needing parts. * Customer Service: Provide exceptional service and support to all customers. * Order Processing: Assist customers in placing orders and ensuring they receive the correct parts. * Desk-Based Role: Work from a desk, efficiently managing calls and queries. Work Schedule: * Monday to Friday: 8:00 AM to 5:30 PM * Saturdays: 1 in 3 Saturdays, 8:00 AM to 12:30 PM Requirements: * Strong communication skills * Customer service experience * Sales experience * Knowledge of automotive parts is a plus * Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment Join the team and become a part of a dynamic and supportive work environment
