Key Responsibilities: * Assist customers, both in person and over the phone, with their parts inquiries and orders. * Identify and source the correct HGV parts efficiently, ensuring the availability and timely delivery to meet customer needs. * Maintain accurate records of inventory levels, ensuring optimal stock levels are maintained. * Collaborate with the service and maintenance team to fulfil parts requests and provide technical support. * Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and returns in a professional and timely manner. * Keep up-to-date with the latest product information and industry trends. * Contribute to the overall success of the dealership by achieving sales targets and delivering exceptional customer service. Qualifications: * Previous experience as an HGV Parts Advisor or a similar role is preferred. * Strong knowledge of commercial vehicle parts and accessories. * Excellent communication and customer service skills. * Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously. * Attention to detail and strong organizational skills. * Proficiency in using computer systems and relevant software. * A valid driver's license may be required.
