Parts Advisor Job Watford 29k + 34k ote + company benefits The ideal Parts Advisor will play a crucial role in ensuring that customers receive the correct parts and accessories for their needs. This position requires excellent communication skills, a strong organisational ability, and proficiency in using a parts look up system to maintain accurate records. Duties of the successful Parts Advisor / Parts Assistant : * Provide exceptional customer service by assisting customers with their parts enquiries and needs. * Maintain an organised inventory of parts, ensuring that stock levels are monitored and replenished as necessary. * Communicate effectively with customers over the phone and in person, demonstrating excellent phone etiquette. * Process orders, and maintain accurate records of transactions. * Collaborate with other team members to ensure timely delivery of parts and resolve any issues that may arise. Experience required for the Parts Advisor / Parts Assistant : * Previous experience in a parts advisory or similar role is preferred. * Strong organisational skills with the ability to maintain accurate records and manage multiple tasks efficiently. * Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to engage effectively with customers. Hours of the Parts Advisor / Parts Assistant : Monday to Friday 8.00 – 6.00. 1 in 5 Saturdays 8.30 – 4.00.
