Due to their continued success they are now looking for a skilled parts advisor to join their team. About your new Pats Advisor role You will be responsible for the effective management of customer orders Controlling stock levels and replenishing Ensure smooth flow of jobs through the workshop by pre-picking parts and accessories Dealing with in-bound and out-bound telephone enquiries, walk in customers and internet enquiries.
