You will be the main contact for customer service queries so must have excellent customer service skills, a keen eye for detail, and have previous experience in a similar environment. Full time - permanent Mon - Fri 8 AM - 5.30 PM + Sat 8 AM - 1 PM (1 in 3) £27,000 - £30,000 per annum DOE 24 days annual holiday, plus bank holidays (extra days given on length of service) Company discounts on services/memberships Plus any other benefits Responsibilities: Being the face of the company, by delivering the highest standard of customer satisfaction Streamlining the processing of parts orders for maximum effectiveness and efficiency Accurately identifying customer parts requirements including associated items Upholding precise control over stock levels Ensuring all stock is maintained in accordance with company standards. Fast accurate, price and availability of parts identified during the EVC process. Obtaining payment in line with our strict policy Serving as the primary link between the workshop and parts department.What we require from you: Friendly, polite, and effective communication Proficient in computer skills, preferably with experience in CDK/Keyloop Attention to detail. Previous experience in a retail customer-focused environment Strong organizational capabilities and a proactive approach Commitment to fulfilling promises.
