Parts Advisor Vanta Staffing Reading are recruiting for a Parts Advisor  to work for our prestigious client based in the Whittle Essex area. The client is seeking an experienced Parts Advisor. Requirements of a Parts Advisor: Identifying customer spare parts requirements: In-store, over the phone, and via email, using online parts systems Sales Order Processing and Invoicing: Using our Dealer Management System (Ibcos Gold). Organising part returns: Within time restrictions and coordinating with couriers.   Details: Hourly rate: £14.50(Chance of on call extra earnings) Working hours: Monday to Friday 08:00AM-05:30PM(During harvest hours will be 7:30AM-to 6:30PM Location: Essex Whittle Duration: Permanent  Role of a Parts Advisor: Excellent customer communication skills and telephone manner.
