Panel & MET Technical Trainer Milton Keynes Salary: Between £37,000 to £43,860 per annum, plus car allowance (£3,942 per year)! Hours: Monday to Friday, 40 hours per week. If yes, then please see below… As a Technical Trainer You will be working within modern training environments and using the latest technology and equipment. The successful candidate will be responsible for delivering a range of engaging and informative training programs and assessments, along with performing elements of course development and content design. Key Responsibilities: * Delivery of core Panel and MET content, systems, and project-based training programmes. * To deliver engaging, learner-focused training solutions. * Ensure all training delivered is aligned to brand cultures and requirements. * Utilise appropriate technology in the delivery of learning interventions, such as e-learning and virtual classrooms & digital solutions. * Developing course content necessary for the delivery of new Model Launches. * Perform all aspects of the role to the agreed standards set out within yearly objectives * Completion of associated administrative tasks in time agreed About you: * Automotive retail or body repair experience (Essential) * Detailed and accurate work ethos * Strong problem-solving aptitude and excellent communication skills * Proven experience of achieving against challenging performance targets. * Logical approach with a high level of numeracy and accuracy * Flexible and adaptable; able to work in a fast-paced environment * Ability to manage own workload and prioritise conflicting activities * The ability to engage and inspire * Be up to date with new and revised learning and development theories, practices and methodologies including technological advancements * Have experience of how technology can be used in the delivery of learning using assets such as e-learning, virtual classrooms, video, and social media. * Be personable whilst imparting varying levels of technical knowledge * A team player yet capable and willing to work on own initiative. * Competent IT Skills – All Microsoft Office Packages Benefits * 25 days annual leave plus national holidays * Employee Benefits Package (inc.
