My client are a well-established automotive repair company based in Dublin, providing high-quality vehicle repair and restoration services. As part of their continued growth, they are seeking a skilled and motivated Panel Beater/Spray Painter to join their dynamic team. If you are passionate about vehicle body repair and finishing. ROLE & RESPONSIBILTIES ● Repair damaged trailer panels, including dent removal, welding, and realignment. ● Replace damaged body panels when necessary. ● Use industry-standard tools and equipment to restore vehicles to their original shape and safety specifications. ● Prepare vehicles for painting by sanding, priming, and masking. ● Mix and match paint to achieve the desired color and finish. ● Apply paint, lacquer, and finishing coats to a high standard, ensuring an even, smooth finish. ● Carry out touch-ups and refinishing as required. ● Conduct final quality inspections to ensure work meets industry standards. ● Maintain a clean and safe work environment in line with health and safety regulations. ● Work collaboratively with team members and management to meet deadlines and customer expectations. ● Keep up-to-date with new techniques, technologies, and materials in the automotive repair industry. IDEAL CANDIDATE ● Proven experience as a Panel Beater and Spray Painter in a professional setting. ● Strong knowledge of vehicle body repair techniques and automotive paint systems. ● Excellent attention to detail and commitment to delivering high-quality work. ● Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines. ● Good communication and teamwork skills. ● Full, clean driving license preferred.
