In this role, you will play a crucial part in our operations, ensuring that vehicles are painted to the highest standards and prepared effectively for painting. Operating our spray booth and overseeing the painting process, you will be responsible for ensuring that all work meets our stringent quality standards and is carried out in accordance with BSI PAS 10125 requirements. Key Responsibilities * Running our spray booth and overseeing the painting process from start to finish. * Checking that vehicles have been masked and prepared to the required standard before painting. * Mixing and matching colours accurately to achieve the desired finish. * Inspecting painted jobs to ensure they meet our quality standards and are ready for refit. About You * Significant experience as a Vehicle Paint Technician, preferably from an automotive repair background. * A keen eye for detail and a commitment to producing work of the highest quality. * ATA or NVQ qualification would be highly beneficial, although not essential. We are happy to support in renewing these qualifications for the right candidate. * Ability to work efficiently and effectively in a fast-paced environment, managing multiple tasks simultaneously. * Strong communication skills and a collaborative approach to teamwork.
