Paint Technician / Smart Repair Technician – Automotive We are seeking an experienced and enthusiastic individual to join our team at this Automotive company as a Permanent Paint Technician / Smart Repair Technician based in Leicester. We are looking for a candidate with a great skill set including, but not limited to:  Previous experience as a Paint Technician / Paint Sprayer / Smart Repair Technician Great eye for detail The ability to work alone and as part of a team The ability to maintain high quality standards in fast-paced environment An awareness of safety procedures Qualified to a minimum of ATA or NVQ Possess at least 1 years workshop experience Confident in minor damage repairs / preparing vehicles for paint / paint mixing & application / polishing Experience in a similar role as a Paint Technician / Paint Sprayer / Vehicle Smart Repair Technician Own tools. Full UK / EU Driving License. Duties will also include but are also not limited to: Alloy wheel refurbishment Attending to and repairing scratches, scuffs and dents Carrying out all repairs according to best practice procedures Meeting acceptable safety and quality standards Using all paint mixing schemes and drying areas/equipment accurately for all paint repairs Ensuring that all vehicles comply with safety standards Working within agreed time parameters The successful candidate must have the relevant experience in the Automotive field, and be a team player with strong communication and interpersonal skills.
