Master the art of colour matching and mixing paints to perfection. Utilise advanced spraying techniques to achieve flawless finishes. Apply basecoats, primers, lacquers, and finishes with precision. Employ specialist methods for flattening and polishing, ensuring impeccable results. Maintain strict adherence to health and safety standards and environmental procedures. Ideal Requirements: Possess a City & Guilds or NVQ Level 3 in an automotive discipline, with an apprenticeship (desired). Demonstrated experience in a Special Vehicle Operation environment. Ability to thrive under pressure and meet tight deadlines. Strong knowledge of health and safety regulations (H&S), COSHH, and environmental procedures. Flexible attitude towards working hours and locations, with a willingness to work shifts and overtime as needed. Working Hours: 36 hours per week, with a 3-shift rotation pattern. Shifts include earlies, lates, and nights, with flexibility required across all patterns. Pay Rate: Competitive hourly rates ranging from £25.55 to £29.19 per hour (PAYE), with additional uplifts for night shifts.
