About the Role As a Vehicle Paint Technician at Steer, you’ll work on a variety of vehicles, including electric and hybrid models, to deliver exceptional paintwork. Your responsibilities will include: * Surface Preparation: Cleaning, sanding, and masking vehicle surfaces in readiness for painting. * Paint Application: Mixing and applying paint to exact vehicle specifications using advanced spray guns and tools. * Spray Booth Operations: Ensuring flawless results by expertly using our spray booth. * Quality Assurance: Meeting the highest standards of precision and customer satisfaction. * Team Collaboration: Working closely with your team to meet deadlines and maintain workflow. * Safety & Organisation: Keeping a clean, safe workspace and adhering to health and safety guidelines.
